About Me
Hi everyone and welcome to Dynamis!
For those who don’t know me, I’m Mona- Founder of Dynamis Holistic Wellbeing Hub! I’m a Certified Holistic Personal Trainer, originally from the UK and living in Brussels since 2013. My second home is Spain, where I also spent a lot of time studying and living :).
I started my career as a Lawyer but have always been passionate about sport since I was a child. Growing up in the countryside meant I spent a lot of my time outdoors and have always been very active!
In 2023, I had a burnout. This led me to reevaluate my career and my life. I qualified to become a Personal Trainer and created Dynamis- and this is where the TOTAL FITNESS philosophy was born!
And when I’m not working…I LOVE to travel, go for long walks and spend time with my family and friends relaxing- the simple life 😊.
